Oklahoma Partnership for Home Care Mission & Values

Oklahoma Partnership for Home Care membership includes licensed agencies who provide both medical and non-medical home care services. The OPHC provides the best source in Oklahoma for information, networking & education regarding the most current private duty home care practices.

Created in 2015, the OPHC is the state’s only association that represents strictly private duty agencies. Voting Membership in this association is open to agencies providing private pay home care and who satisfy the membership criteria of the OPHC.

OPHC member agencies:

  • Screen and select caregivers prior to an assignment.
  • Hire their caregivers and do not use independent contractors.
  • Adhere to state and federal guidelines in employment practices, such as:
    • Withholding required taxes
    • Providing Workers' Compensation
    • Conducting background and reference checks
  • Develop an individualized plan of care with input from the client and family.
  • Have 24/7 on-call availability.
  • Monitor the caregiver services and make regular visits to the client’s home.
  • Manage all payroll and employee-related matters.

OPHC is Oklahoma's reliable resource for providers of private pay home care.
